财政学专业人才特色培养探讨——基于我国20所高校财政专业的比较分析

Discussion on Special Training of Public Finance Professional Talents——Based on Comparison and Analysis of the Public Finance Majors in 20 Chinese Universities

财政学专业作为重要的财经类专业之一,在我国有较早的历史,具有较高的学科地位,目前已有近百所院校开设了此专业,为社会培养了大批的专门人才。随着招生规模的扩大,财政学专业的毕业生就业竞争压力加剧,高校需要拓宽人才培养领域,确立培养特色。今后各院校需要结合学校的实际进行专业定位,构建与学校类型相适应的财政学专业人才培养模式,加大财政学学科与其他学科交叉的力度,进一步凸显人才培养特色,围绕特色专业优化课程体系,加强特色课程的开发和建设。

As one important major in finance and economics, public finance major has a long history and high subject status in China. Currently, nearly one hundred schools have opened such major and provided a large number of special talents for the society. However with the increasing enrollment amount, students majoring in finance are facing intensive employment pressure. Thus widening personnel training field and establishing training feature are needed. In the future, school should position majors combining with its practical situation, building professional finance talents training model in accordance with its school type. Deepening subject cross between finance and other subjects and further highlighting talents training specialty are needed. Meanwhile, school should also optimize course system focusing on special profession and enhance the development and construction of special course.
