摘要
通过阐述采标工作对于我国的必要性及采标过程中所存在的问题,分析了我国林业能源领域采标的困难瓶颈,尤其是与林业能源有关的标准在采标中所涉及的具体事项,并针对相关问题提出了一系列建议。
According to the statement of the necessity and problems of standard gathering,this paper analyzes the difficulties of standard gathering in forestry energy field,states relevant proceedings and puts forward a series of suggestions in allusion to the forest energy standard gathering.
