摘要
人才外流是一个企业,乃至一个国家的最大威胁,我国人才市场面临着严峻的挑战,企业如何留住人才,遏制人才外流,使企业更好发展是企业领导者应考虑的大事。本文较详细地论述了人才战略与企业可持续发展的关系。
The talented person loss is the great threatening of a corporation and a country.The leader should consider how to keep the talented person stay in the corporation to ensure the development of corporation.This paper states the relationship between talented person strategy and corporation sustainable development.
