摘要
目前我国的造价控制体系尚不够完善和成熟;有关部门还不能够严格遵循工程项目建设基本程序。作者针对造价管理现状和存在的问题,提出了几点建议,可供业内人士参考。
The current cost control system is not perfect and mature and it can not obey the base program of engineering project construction.This paper puts forward several suggestions in allusion to the actuality and problems of cost management control to provide reference for the working personnel.
