摘要
运用故障树分析法进行康明斯发动机的故障分析,并转化成二叉故障树;采用产生式规则和框架表示法相结合构建知识库;采用层次分析法设计了故障诊断专家系统。基于Windows平台和Del-phi7.0语言开发了故障诊断专家系统。为工程兵部队提供了一套简单、实用的故障诊断工具,给部队装备的故障诊断带来极大的方便。
Cummins engine fault is analyzed with the Fault Tree Analytical method and the result is turned into binary fault trees.Meanwhile,the knowledge base is set up with the method of production rule and frame experss.Then Cummunis engine fault diagnosis system is designed on the thought of analytical hierarchy process.The software application is developed using Delphi 7.0 language.The work has offered a simple and practical tool to users and brings great convenience to engineering corps.
