履带式管道施工车辆与吊管机技术安全性综合分析 被引量:3

摘要 吊管机、焊接车是在推土机的基础上发展起来的履带式管道工程车辆,施工环境、作业方式特殊,整机稳定性、安全性相对较差。根据设备关联性和工况近似性,详细分析了国内外推土机、起重机和吊管机发展与技术状况,讨论了目前履带式管道施工车辆坡面驻留、防滑、抗倾覆能力的不足。为提高安全性、稳定性和环境适应性,根据吊管机工作环境与结构特点,针对当前研究中存在的问题与不足,提出了系统研究吊管机动态工作行为、合理改进底盘布置形式与作业方式的必要性。 The pipelayer and the welding truck is the tracked pipeline construction vehicles which is developed on the basis of bulldozers.Its construction environment and behavior is special,and tts stability,security is poor.According to relevance and proximity of the equipment,development and technical conditions of bulldozers,cranes and Pipelayer was analyzed at home and abroad.The current pipeline construction tracked vehicles slope resident,non-slip,anti-overturning lack of capacity was discussed.According to the work environment and the structural characteristics of pipelayer,for the problems and the shortcomings in current researchs,this paper puts forward the necessary of systematic study in pipelayer on the dynamic work behavior,and the reasonable improvements of the chassis arrangement mode and the operation means,to improve security,stability and environmental adaptability.
