摘要
系统采用心形结构对煤矿绞车钢丝绳的实际承载力检测。煤矿绞车在工作过程中,由于被拉小车承载力突变使钢丝绳承受拉力超限被拉断,本文设计了在小车与钢丝绳之间加装心形拉力检测装置,控制系统以单片机为核心,基于无线电通讯技术,对心形结构中安装的压力传感器数据进行监控,实现了钢丝绳拉力的测量,实现超载保护的功能。
The system uses a heart-shaped structure on coal mine winch steel wire rope of the actual bearing capacity test.In the working process of the mine winch,as a result of being pulled car bearing capacity of the steel wire rope tension gauge mutation is broken.This paper designs the dolly and the steel wire rope is arranged between the heart-shaped tension detecting device.Control system with single chip computer as the core,Based on radio communication technology,the heart-shaped structure mounted pressure sensor data monitor,Implementation of wire rope tension measurement,realize the overload protection function.
