摘要
以UG NX7的CAD/MoldWizard/CAM模块为平台,完成了可乐瓶底注塑模从设计到数控加工的全过程。并利用加工出的模具浇注出可乐瓶底的石蜡模型,从而为注塑模的设计与制造提供了一种有效的验证方法,提高了复杂型腔模具的设计、制造及开发速度。
On the platform of the UG NX7 Software＇s CAD/MoldWizard/CAM components,the whole process of design and NC manufacturing of the plastic injection mold of a coke bottle was completed.The paraffin model of coke bottle was injected by manufactured mold,so providing an authentication method for the injection mold＇ design and manufacturing,and this method can improve design,manufacturing and development speed of complicated mould cavity.
