摘要
通过直线加速模式——T曲线模式和S曲线模式,对数控平台加减速控制结构进行设计。最后在实验平台上进行实际控制实验,得到了合理正确的结果,验证了数控系统运动控制的正确性,掌握了实现单轴运动各种运动模式的方法和设置参数的含义。
This paper is mainly to the CNC platform structure design through linear acceleration/decelaration mode and S-curve accelaration/decelaration mode.Finally in experimental platform on the actual control experiment,obtains the reasonable right results,verifies the correctness of the NC system motion control,masters the emotion models of single-axe motion and the meanings of parameters setting.
