摘要
尾管悬挂器是深井、超深井和侧钻井重要的完井井下工具,同其他井下工具相比,要求更安全可靠。研究了尾管悬挂器坐挂后卡瓦与套管的接触力学行为,推导了悬挂器卡瓦和外层套管的强度校核数学公式,提出了卡瓦优化设计方法,计算了深井中尾管悬挂器的额定悬挂载荷。可为尾管悬挂器的优化设计和油田选择使用提供参考。
Liner hanger is an important downhole tool for well completion in deep well,super deep well and sidetrack well.Compared with other downhole tools,liner hanger needs more reliable.In this paper,contact mechanics between slips and outer casing pipe after liner hanger is set and studied,strength checking mathematical formula of hanger slips and casing pipe is derived.Then,optimization design for slips is put forward.And rated load of liner hanger in deep well is calculated.In order to provide reference for liner hanger optimization design of structure and the oilfield's choice and application.
