摘要
文章以山东省章丘市参加新型农村合作医疗居民为调查对象,采取问卷调查及随机访谈的方式,调查了参合居民的就医需求情况,重点调查与分析了参合居民患病后首先选择到哪类医疗机构就诊、就诊诊疗情况、需求的目标、农民健康需求保障,旨在现有新型农村合作医疗制度下,探索新农合居民的就医需求,为促进地方政府新农合工作的可持续性发展提供科学依据。
To explore farmers＇medical demand and provide scientific basis for sustainable development of new rural CMS in Zhangqiu city of Shandong province,we have studied the participants＇ medical demand and investigated their choices of medical institutions,diagnosis and treatment,target of demand,health safeguard mechanism by questionnaire and random interview.
