摘要 薄膜电池作为一种新型的微型能源器件,具有体积小、重量轻、比能量高等特点,受到了广泛的关注。文中阐述了现有薄膜电池的结构、工作原理、材料、制备方法,并重点对目前利用纳米材料进行改进及丝网印刷等制备技术得到的新型薄膜电池做了介绍,对其发展动态进行了综述。 Thin-film batteries as a new kind of micro energy devices,which has characteristics such as small size,light weight,high specific energy,has been widespread concerned.This paper reviewes the structure,working principle,preparation methods of the existing thin-film batteries,emphasizes on the application of nano-materials and the new preparation techniques such as screen printing,then summarizes the development of thin-film batteries.
