美国《FDA食品安全现代化法》(简称FSMA)已于年初颁布,这是美国食品安全监管体系的重大变革,同时表明新一轮的食品安全管理模式进入实施阶段。该法的实施,将对我国输美食品供应链造成巨大影响。
U.S. FDA Food Safety Modernization Act （FSMA） has been issued in early 2011, which is a great change of U.S. food safety supervision system, and shows that the new round of food safety management model has come into force. The enactment of FSMA will have an enormous influence in China＇ s export to U.S food supply chain.
