我国企业国际采购利益与障碍的探索性调查分析

Pilot Survey on Benefits and Barriers of Chinese Firms’ International Sourcing

西方学者针对美欧企业国际采购的利益与障碍的实证研究比较多,而我国的相关研究很少。在综述国外文献的基础上,设计调查问卷,调查了我国60家实施国际采购的企业,针对其国际采购的利益与障碍进行了实证分析。

With the changes of Chinese macro economy and the in-depth development of Chinese firms＇ internationalization, the trend of Chinese firms＇ international sourcing has been strengthened. Global competition forces firms to pay attention to international resources and to compete the resources in international market. Therefore it is necessary to launch a research on Chinese finns＇ international sourcing. Western scholars have taken many researches on the benefits and barriers of American and European firms. However Chinese scholars have neglected the related researches. This paper tries to fill in this gap. Based on the summary of foreign literatures, questionnaire was developed and a pilot survey was carried out. 60 Chinese firms were surveyed to investigate the benefits and barriers of their international sourcing.
