Constructing and Pre-compacting of the Temporary Buttresses for a Bowstring Arch Bridge

结合如东县马西桥工程实例,对系杆拱桥临时支墩的搭设与预压进行了总结和分析。总结了临时支墩的搭设方法、支墩的预压荷载和承载能力的验算,并针对临时支墩的观测点布置、预压方法的选择、预压荷载加载顺序及沉降观测提出了具体的方法和注意事项,详细分析了沉降量的计算和支架的预留高度设置的对应关系,并就临时支墩的实际运用情况进行了总结。

Based on the Maxi bridge project in Rudong county, we summarize and analyze the construction and pre-compaction of the temporarybuttresses for a bowstring arch bridge. We show the constructing procedure along with how to calculate the pre-compact loading and the real load capacity. We also show in details how to arrange the monitoring points, choose the pre-compacting methods, increase the loading, and measure the settlement, with some special instructions provided. The relation between calculating the settlement and pre-setting the height of the falsework is analyzed carefully. At the end, we summarize the actual situation o fusing the temporarybuttresses.
