早期乳腺癌前哨淋巴结活检的临床意义 被引量：3

摘要 前哨淋巴结（SLN）在乳腺癌的外科中应用以来，极大地推动了乳腺外科的发展。在早期乳腺癌的外科治疗中，前哨淋巴结活检（SLNB）已有取代常规腋窝淋巴结清扫（ALND）的趋势[1]。本研究对SLN定位及活检，探讨SLNB在早期乳腺癌外科手术治疗中的临床应用价值。
