摘要 采用扫描电子显微镜和纤维强伸度仪研究了聚丙烯腈(PAN)原丝中毛丝的微观结构和力学性能。结果表明,与正常原丝相比,毛丝直径较细,表面缺陷较多,力学性能较差;纺丝过程中的机械损伤是导致毛丝产生的直接原因;但导致毛丝产生的根本原因是因为PAN原丝本身纤度不均匀。指出从减少机械损伤和提高纤度均匀性两方面着手控制PAN原丝中毛丝的技术措施。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of the fuzz of polyacrylonitrile(PAN) precursor fiber were studied by scanning electron microscopy and single fiber strength tester.The results showed that compared with the normal precursor fiber,the fuzz has smaller diameters,more surface defects,and poorer mechanical properties;the mechanical damage during spinning process is directly responsible for the formation of fuzz,but the root cause for the formation of fuzz is the unevenness of denier of the PAN precursor fiber itself.The techniques for controlling the fuzz of PAN precursor fiber were also discussed based on the both sides of reducing the mechanical damage and improving the uniformity of deniers.
