摘要
阐述了碳纤维工业化生产中一种比较成熟的表面处理方式,即碳纤维的阳极氧化法。其结果能增加碳纤维表面官能团或活性碳原子数;电解液对阳极氧化法的影响因素很多,大电流下会发生浓度极化、吸附极化和化学极化3种极化反应,可采用电解槽循环方式、升高电解液温度、多极处理、增加表面活性剂、使用交流电等措施来解决,同时要根据不同型号碳纤维来确定表面处理程度;最后在实际操作中还要防止毒性和易爆气体以及防止水洗过程中Ca离子在碳纤维表面的沉积,避免影响复合材料的性能。
This article describes a kind of comparatively mature carbon fiber surface treatment method,namely the anodic oxidation method in industrialized production.The result shows that the surface treatment can add functional groups or the active carbon atom number on carbon fiber surface.There are many factors that the electrolyte influences the anodic oxidation method.In the big electricity flow,there are three kinds of polarization reaction,including concentration polarization,adsorption polarization and chemical polarization.Polarization reaction should adopt several measures to enhance effects,such as the electrolyte circulating mode,increasing the temperature of electrolyte,multiple processing,increasing surface active agents,using alternating current,and so on.At the same time,the degree of surface treatment should be determined according to different models of carbon fiber.Finally, in practice,the operation should avoid toxic and explosive gas,and prevent calcium ion deposition on the carbon fiber surface in the washing process,or these will influence the performance of the composite material.
