上海市松江区岳阳社区癫痫流行病学调查

Survey on epidemiology of epilepsy in Yueyang preliminary of Songjiang District Shanghai

目的调查上海市松江区岳阳社区癫痫患病率,治疗缺口及患者生活质量,并进行规范化治疗,同时为以后的防治工作提供依据。方法利用统一调查表,对上海市松江区岳阳街道进行整群逐户问卷调查。结果共调查106 573人,确诊癫痫患者513例,患病率0.48%。调查前1周接受药物正规治疗255例,治疗缺口为50.29%。癫痫患者生活质量评定量表-31(QOLIE-31)总评分平均为(45.3±13.5)分,其中年龄、文化程度、经济状况、起病年龄、发作次数为QOLIE-31低评分的影响因素(P<0.05或<0.01)。结论上海市松江区岳阳街道癫痫患病率低,治疗缺口大,生活质量评分低。

Objective To investigate the prevalence of epilepsy,treatment gap and quality of life of the patients in Yueyang community,Songjiang District,Shanghai and to standardize treatment,as well as provide the basis for future prevention and treatment. Methods Cluster sampling was adopted for a door-to-door epidemiological survey in Yueyang preliminary of Songjiang District,Shanghai. Results Out of 106 573 persons in the survey,513 epilepsy patients were diagnosed as epileptic patients,and the prevalence was 0.48%.Only 255 patients took standard Western medicine treatment within a week before the survey,and the treatment gap of the active epilepsy was 50.29%.The average QOLIE-31 total score was（45.3±13.5） scores.Age,education,economic status,age at epilepsy onset and seizure frequency were significantly correlated with low scores（P0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion The prevalence rate and the percentage of untreated patients are lower than those previously reported in other regions,but there is still a greater treatment gap and the quality of life score is lower.
