摘要
采用LabVIEW和Proteus设计了一个直流电机仿真调速系统。电机的驱动和速度的采集由单片机完成,并将单片机的硬件电路在Proteus中仿真实现,再通过虚拟串口实现单片机与上位机的通信。LabVIEW对接收的单片机的信息进行PID控制,并最终通过调节AT89C52单片机输出的PWM波占空比调整直流电机转速,达到对直流电机进行调速的目的。采集的实时速度通过数码管进行显示,并在LabVIEW中绘制速度实时曲线,实现了对速度信号的实时监控。
This paper designs a dc motor speed simulation system by LabVIEW and Proteus.Motor's drive and speed's acquisi- tion is finished by single-chip computer,and the hardware circuit is simulated in Proteus,and then realized the communication between MCU and upper computer through virtual seriaI.LabVlEW implements PID control the received the information from MCU,finally adjust dc motor speed by adjusting PWM waves occupies output the AT89C52 single chip computer,then achieve the purpose of dc motor speed adjustment.
