摘要
利用F28xDSP中的PWM模块,产生双窄移相触发脉冲,再经脉冲放大电路,将DSP输出的TTL电平转换为能够驱动可控硅的电平。同时,为了进一步减少损耗和提高晶闸管导通可靠性,还讨论了通过增加HSP50415电路,再结合软件实现中频调制双窄脉冲来驱动晶闸管。
This design use the PWM module of F28xDSP to produce double narrow phase-shifted pulse,and it goes through a amplification unit to convert the TTL electrical level of output from DSP into the one which could drive silicon-controlled rectifier.Meanwhile,in order to reduce the power loss and increase the reliability of thyristor's breakover.This design also dis- cusses through addding a HSP50415 and integrating software to achieve the desired result that intermediate-frequency modulated double narrow phase-shifted pulse which could drive silicon-controlled rectifier.
