摘要
介绍了PASSIM卷接机组盘纸拼接控制系统的电气改造。控制系统采用西门子高性能PLC控制盘纸余量,采用独立的电子齿轮传动机构(交流伺服系统)替代磁粉离合器装置,引入了美国DANAHER伺服电机及伺服控制器对盘纸供纸系统进行实时快速闭环控制。从而保证了盘纸拼接稳定可靠,减少了盘纸的浪费。
This paper introduces the electric-update for paper bobbin change control system of PASSIM Filter Cigareter Marker. Control system adopts SIEMENS high-powered PLC to control then paper remnant;adopts the drive of electron-gear to substitute the equipment of magnetic-clutch,imports DANAHER servo motor and servo system to control the paper supply that the control is real-time and high-speed and closed-loop.
