基层医院临床用药的隐患及对策

针对基层医院临床用药中存在的隐患,提出安全用药对策。应树立预防为主的理念,运用科学管理方法,强化护士安全用药观念,使护士由被动参与者转变为主动执行者;建立基层医院临床安全用药流程,药品不良反应监测体系,加强药物储存与保管、安全用药的环节质量控制,规范护士安全用药行为等,以提高基层医院护士安全用药水平,保障患者安全。

According to the hidden troubles of clinical medication in primary hospital, we proposed the countermeasure of medication safety and the ideal of putting prevention first in medication safety, we should improve nurse＇ s view of medication safety with scientific management methods to make them the active executors from passive participants;we should set up relevant procedure, establish inspection system of adverse drug reaction;enhance drug storage and preservation ,improve quality control of medication safety, standardize nurse＇ s behavior in clinical medication safety and so on, to improve their standard in clinical medication safety and guarantee the safety of patients.
