新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病脑实质CT值与血清NSE关系的研究

摘要 目的探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)中脑CT值与神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)的相关性,为诊疗提供依据。方法收集45例HIE患儿,采用TOSHIBA Aquilion4螺旋CT扫描脑部,并检测血清中NSE水平,同时选择同期住院均为咽下综合征患者45例作对照组。结果 HIE组与对照组比较,额叶、颞叶的CT值有明显差异(P<0.01),而枕叶与顶叶存在一定差异(P<0.05),显示HIE患儿脑损伤以额叶、颞叶为主,枕叶、顶叶次之;HIE患儿脑部CT值越低,其血清NSE值越高,两者呈直线相关。结论 HIE患儿血清NSE的水平和脑实质CT值对评估脑实质的损伤的程度有参考意义。 Objective To explore the relationship between CT scan value and neuron specific enolase in neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy provided the basis for the diagnosis and treatment. Methods Collected 45 cases of children with HIE, used Siemens Sensation16 spiral CT scaned the brain, and detected serum NSE level, selected 45 patients with swallowing syndrome as the control group. Results HIE group compared with the control group, frontal and temporal lobes were significant differences in CT values (P 〈 0. 01 ), and there were some differences between occipital and parietal ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Show brain damage in children with HIE is main in frontal and temporal lobe, the secondary was occipital lobe and parietal lobe, the lower of the brain CT value, the higher of the serum NSE value, both showed linear correlation. Conclusion There are reference significance in serum NSE level and CT scan value to assessed the extent of brain damage in neonatal Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy.
