摘要
从灌封工艺路线的设计、灌封材料固化剂的优选和关键工序的控制等几个方面分别进行了详尽的分析。同时结合实际生产经验,对生产中出现的问题进行解剖,并提出解决方案,经过多次批生产证明,此灌封工艺完全满足产品的设计要求。
Mainly describe the research on processes planning and important working procedure control strategy.Mainly summarize application of pouring technology to optimizing pulse transformer.Proposals or solution ideas were also given to some problems in producing pulse transformer.It＇s proved that this technology can greatly improve finished product performance in the practical.
