根据我国目前电子临床路径实施情况,针对新疆医科大学第一附属医院电子临床路径实施情况、临床路径嵌入HIS后的使用情况以及重症监护病房临床路径实施应用情况,提出存在的问题,并解析问题原因,为相关部门制定临床路径工作流程图和有针对性地开展此项工作提供依据,以寻找最佳成本效益的临床路径,减轻医务人员工作负担,提高患者满意度。

According to our country present electronic clinical pathway implementation, the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University electronic clinical pathway implementation, clinical paths embedded in HIS usage and ICU clinical pathway implementation. Analysis the existing problems and the cause of the problem, for the relevant departments to develop clinical pathway workflow diagram and targeted to carry out this work provides a basis, in order to find the best cost-effective clinical path to reduce work load of medical staff, to improve the patients ＇ satisfaction.
