Application of Clinical Pathway in Single Disease Payment under the New Rural Cooperative Medical System

目的:临床路径运用于新型农村合作医疗单病种付费的管理。方法:根据临床路径的相关文件,确定新型农村合作医疗单病种付费的病种及最高限额,制定相关标准并组织实施。结果:规范了医生诊疗行为,缩短了住院周期,降低了新农合基金的风险,达到了医院患者双赢。结论:减轻了参合农民的负担,为新农合事业的可持续发展奠定了基础,为公立医院改革拓宽了思路。

Objective： to make use of clinical pathway in the management of single disease payment based on the new rural cooperative medical system. Methods： to determine specific disease and maximum amount for single disease payment based on the new rural cooperative medical system and to formulate a standard system with execution according to related clinical pathway documents. Result： regulating the diagnosis action of doctors, shortening the period of patients＇ staying in hospital, reducing the risk of fund for new rural cooperative medical system, finally realizing a winwin state both in hospital and patients. Conclusion： lightening the burden of farmers who cover insurance based on the new rural cooperative medical system, paving the way of sustainable development of the new rural cooperative medical system, and broadening visions about public hospital reform.
