多维液相色谱技术在生物大分子分离纯化中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 生物技术是当今最活跃的科技领域之一,生物技术革命有助于解决现在人类生存所面临的健康、食品、环境等问题。以单克隆抗体为标志的生物制药是生物技术产业中发展最为迅速的部分。目前,全球已批准35个抗体药物上市,用于癌症、自身免疫、黄斑变性、血液病和感染治疗等。小核酸技术(siRNA,RNAinterference)不仅是基因功能研究和基因治疗的重要研究手段。
