摘要
明初为建立和巩固封建王朝的集权统治,朝廷在处理黔中高坡苗区问题时,继承完善和发展了元代的制度,旨在限制、打击和瓦解周边的土司势力,强化中央集权,稳固其在黔中的统治,为在贵州置省、开府、设县奠定基础。明代黔中高坡苗区与朝廷的关系就是通过朝廷对这一地区的逐步开发过程体现出来的。
The early Ming Dynasty rulers developed the Yuan Dynasty＇s practice in dealing with central Guizhou＇s Gaopo Miao area.The specific measures include limiting the tribal leaders＇ power and strengthening power centralization in a bid to improve the imperial court＇s influence and government.
