摘要
在对刑事和解制度的基本内涵及特征等方面进行概述的基础上,分析刑事和解与刑法学的内在关系,结合中国刑事法治实践初步探析刑事和解制度在中国的建构。
This paper studies the basic contents and traits of peaceful settlement in criminal law,analyzes the inherent relations between peaceful settlement and criminal law,and explores the development of peaceful settlement criminal system in China.
