训后延伸“三个一”活动回顾与展望

Review and Prospection of the Post-Training Prolongation of the "Three Ones" Activity

中国延安干部学院训后延伸"三个一"活动提出以后,得到了广大学员的积极响应,产生了良好的社会反响。本文首先简要总结了训后"三个一"活动所取得的成效,同时在总结经验的基础上研究提出了五方面的改进措施。最后,从干部教育培训的总体角度出发,提出了三个方面的深化研究方向。

The ＂three ones＂ activity raised by the China Executive Leadership Academy Yan＇an won positive trainee responses and sound social echo.This paper first briefly concludes the post-training prolongation achievements of the ＂three ones＂ activity,secondly proposes improvement measures from five aspects on the basis of experience conclusion.Finally,the paper proposes directions of further research in three aspects from the overall perspective of cadre education and training.
