Path Selection to Foster Style of Study in Cadre Education and Training:A Case Study of the China Executive Leadership Academy,Yan'an

针对当前学员在学风方面存在的突出问题,干部教育培训机构要紧紧联系学员工作和思想实际,以培训需求为导向,坚持从严治教;以严肃纪律为抓手,坚持从严管理;以勇于创新为突破,坚持文化立校,从根本上破解学风建设这一难题,不断增强培训的针对性和实效性。

Against the prominent problems currently of the cadres in their style of study,cadre education and training institutes should maintain close ties with the realities of the cadres＇ work and mentality,and persevere in strict teaching with an orientation of need for training.They should take strict discipline enforcement as a handhold to uphold stringent management.They should take brave innovation as a breakthrough to insist in culture as anchor point,to fundamentally resolve the difficult problem of style study fosterage,and to continuously enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of training.
