摘要
以陆地棉花粉母细胞时期的小蕾为材料,利用Solexa测序技术和miRNA相关的生物信息学分析技术,共得到151条单一miRNA序列,其中已知植物中保守miRNAs有88个,新发现的棉花miRNAs有2个,候选棉花miRNAs有61个。通过miRNA靶基因预测和靶基因功能分析发现6个与陆地棉花发育相关的miRNAs和5个与陆地棉雄配子发育相关的miRNAs。
In this research, the buds of Gossypium hirsutum at microsporocyte stage were used as materials. The Solexa sequenc- ing and miRNA related bioinformatics were performed to analyze miRNAs in upland cotton. Finally, 151 unique miRNAs sequence were obtained. They include 88 known miRNAs, 2 new cotton miRNAs and 61 candidate cotton miRNAs. In addition, 6 flowerdeveloping related miRNAs and 5 male gametogenesis-related miRNAs were found through miRNA target prediction and function analysis.
