中药外洗方对手足口病患儿皮疹消退情况的疗效观察

Clinical observation on the skin eruption elimination in hand-foot-mouth disease children with traditional Chinese medicine for external application

目的观察中药外洗方对手足口病患儿皮疹消退情况的临床疗效。方法采用中药外洗方(黄柏10g、苦参15g、地肤子15g和大飞扬15g)外洗皮疹加常规治疗(治疗组),并与单纯常规治疗(对照组)对照。结果治疗组的皮疹消退时间与对照组的皮疹消退时间经统计学处理P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论采用中药外洗方配合常规治疗对手足口病患儿的皮疹消退具有显著的疗效。

Objective Clinical observation on the skin eruption elimination in hand-foot-mouth disease children with traditional Chinese medicine for external application. Method Compare the children with traditional Chinese medicine （Cortex Phellodendri：10g,Sophora Flaveseens Ait： 15g,Fruetus Kochiae： 15g,Euphorbia hirta L：15g） for external application and conventional treatment with the children with the only conventional treatment. Results Compare the skin ernption eliminating time of the treatment group with the control group （P〈O.OS）;it is significant difference in statistics. Conclusion It is significant effect that treatments on the skin eruption with traditional Chinese medicine for external application and conventional treatment.
