摘要
近年来,随着工农业生产的发展和城镇化水平的提高,大量工业废水和生活污水排入浏阳河,导致浏阳河水环境质量的下降,严重地威胁了浏阳河流域的可持续发展。针对浏阳河流域水环境问题,提出浏阳河水环境容量的定量分析方法,包括水环境容量计算模型和基于水环境容量计算的控制单元划分。利用上述方法,对浏阳河流域的水资源现状进行评价;根据流域水功能分区,运用正向法对浏阳河流域水环境容量进行定量分析,并提出浏阳河流域水环境管理的措施。
In recent years,with the development of industry and agriculture production,improvement of urbanization,a large number of industrial wastewater and sewage have discharged into Liuyang river,so the water environment quality in liuyang river declined,seriously threatening the liuyang river watershed sustainable development.This paper deals with Liuyang river basin of water pollution problems existing in basin,gaves a quantitative method for Liuyang river water environmental capacity,including algorithm model and control unit partition for water environmental capacity computing.We use the method to evaluate the situation of water resources of river basin,according to water function partition,make a quantitative analysis of water environmental capacity using the positive algorithm, and put forward countermeasures to water environment management for Liuyang river basin.
