基于永磁同步电动机的工业缝纫机伺服控制系统

摘要 根据工业缝纫机的应用需求,设计了以DSP为核心控制器和永磁同步电动机驱动的伺服控制系统。给出了工业缝纫机伺服控制系统硬件和软件设计,还对系统的精确定位进行了分析,提出了能耗制动和反接制动相结合的方法,很好地解决了系统快速停车的问题。测试结果表明,所设计的伺服系统完全能够满足缝纫要求,且性价比高,具有良好的市场前景。 The servo control system based on DSP and PMSM according to the application requirement of the sewing machine was designed. This article provided the hardware and the software design of the servo control system for the industrial sewing machine. It analyzed the accurate positioning of the system and presents a way in which dynamic braking and inversed braking are connected, and therefore solved the quick braking problem for the system. The testing results shows the servo system can completely meet the demands of sewing and has good market prospect for its cost performance ratio.
