摘要
碎裂QRS波群（fragmented QRS complex，fQRS）是新近出现的一项重要的无创性心电指标，指两个连续导联的QRS波群出现三相或多相波，并排除了完全性或不完全性束支传导阻滞。碎裂QRS波群呈三相波或多相波：典型者呈RSR’型，但也有多种变异；
