碎裂QRS波群在非缺血性扩张型心肌病中的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 越来越多的研究显示,碎裂QRS波群可能是一项对于多种心脏病远期预后具有预测价值的心电指标,因其无创易得,故近年备受重视。非缺血性扩张型心肌病(nonischemic dilated cardiomyopathy,NIDCM)是一侧或双侧心腔扩大并伴有心肌肥厚、心肌收缩期泵血功能障碍为特征的原发性疾病,可产生充血性心力衰竭。在室性或房性心律失常疾病中多见。
