从中国大陆角度看国共平台的定位

On the Position of KMT-CPC Platform from the Chinese Mainland Perspective

国共平台建立六年来,在促进两岸关系和平发展方面扮演了重要的角色,发挥了重要的作用。国民党执政后,官方授权的海协会与海基会协商平台得到恢复,国共平台存在的必要性受到在野的民进党及一些社会舆论的质疑。本文特从中国大陆的角度,从论述与实践两个面向对国共平台进行了考察,认为该平台在两党关系的特殊背景下,为两岸人民搭起一座沟通、理解与互动的桥梁,为两岸关系从对立走向和平、从内耗走向合作发展双赢,起了奠基、引导、调节和保障的作用。中国大陆始终高度重视国共平台的作用,不因国民党在野或执政而有所改变。国民党重新执政后,国共平台与两会平台"相辅相成,同时发挥作用"。在新的历史时期,国共平台的作用只会加强不会削弱,必将继续担当"推动两岸和平发展的中流砥柱"的大任。

The KMT-CPC Platform has played a very important role in promoting peaceful development of the cross-strait relations since its establishment 6 years ago,However,the opposition DPP and some social media inside the island doubted the necessity of the KMT-CPC Platform right after KMT regained the power and restarted the negotiation platform between the authorized SEF and ARATS,This paper analyzes,from the perspective of Chinese Mainland,the KMT-CPC Platform both in theory and practice under the unique background of the relations between KMT and CPC,believing that the platform effectively bridges the people across the strait in terms of communication,understanding and interaction.At the same time,the platform also serves the role of foundation,guidance,adjustment and assurance in the endeavor of improving cross-strait relations from confrontation to peace,from in-fighting to win-win cooperation.Chinese Mainland always attaches great importance to the KMT-CPC Platform and never changes the attitude whether KMT is in power or not.Since KMT regained the power,both KMT-CPC and SEF-ARATS Platforms have ＂complemented each other very well and been functioning simultaneously＂.In the new era of history,the paper suggests that the role of KMT-CPC Platform will only be enhanced,rather than weakened.Therefore the platform will continuously play its great role ＂as the mainstay in the process of promoting peaceful development of cross-strait relationship＂.
