摘要
本文概述了美国处境不利儿童学前教育方案的背景、理论基础、主要特征和实施情况,在此基础上总结分析了该方案对我国听障儿童学前教育方案制订和实施的启示。
This paper outlines the background, theoretical basis, main characteristics and implementation of preschool educational programs for disadvantaged children in America. Meanwhile, its implications for the development and implementation of relevant programs in China are also summarized and analyzed.
