基础胰岛素联合口服降糖药治疗2型糖尿病的治疗方案
摘要
①二甲双胍与基础胰岛素联合治疗能减轻单用基础胰岛素治疗时的体重增加程度．还可以减少胰岛素用量。②双胍类及TZD类药物在空腹血糖水平较高的患者中与基础胰岛素联用降糖效果较好。③口服降糖药联合基础胰岛素治疗时．必须结合降糖疗效及降糖以外的疗效选择基础胰岛素的种类。
