摘要
团队知识共享是提升团队医疗质量和效率,增强医院竞争力的重要途径。基于期望理论,构建了团队性激励与知识共享关系的概念模型,对医院情境中团队性激励对知识共享的作用机理进行了严谨规范的理论分析,并提出相应对策建议,对医院管理者制定科学合理的激励机制以促进知识共享提供了理论支撑和实践指导。
Team knowledge sharing is an important way of improving health care quality and efficiency of the team, and then enhancing the competitiveness of hospital. Based on exoectanc~ theory, the paper constructed a theoretical model of the relationship of team--based motivation and knowledge sharing, and then provided suggests proving knowledge sharing. ]t can help managing of hospitals to make more proper salary mechanism.
