摘要
通过对临床实习阶段权利现状的调研研究,从教育学、法学、伦理学等多个视角展开分析,对在临床实习期间教师、学生、患者之间的权利进行界定,并在此基础上提出了从医师资格考试、法律、教育三方面的建议,进一步从伦理视角推进临床教学工作向法制的轨道发展。
This paper investigated the present situation of clinical internship stage, analyzed the stage right from the pedagogy, law, ethics, and multiple perspectives to unfold in clinical practice, teacher, student, patients during the rights be- tween define. Based on this, it proposed three advices about the examination of doctors" qualifications, law and education.. And it will further promote clinical teaching work to legal track development from an ethical perspective.
