止血术的编码探讨

目的分析探讨各部位止血术的手术操作分类编码。方法利用《国际疾病分类第九版修订本手术与操作》(ICD-9-CM-3)对常见止血术,从主导词的选择到手术分类编码进行分析。结果疾病性质的不同、手术目的及操作方式不同、使用器械不同,手术操作编码也应不同。结论编码员在日常工作中不但要掌握ICD编码知识,还要仔细研读病案,学习相关医学知识,才能做到编码准确,更好地服务于医疗、教学和科研。

Objectives This article analyzes surgery operation classification coding of different positions.Methods Using ICD-9-CM-3,it analyzes the choice of headword and surgery classification coding of common haemostasis.Results It is found out that different disease properties,different surgery purposes and operation modes,different instruments lead to different surgery coding.Conclusions The coders not only should master ICD coding knowledge at daily work,but also need careful reading about medical records and related medical knowledge learning for correct coding and for servicing medical,teaching and scientific research.
