病案管理是医院管理的重要组成部分,病案也是处理医疗纠纷的重要依据,如何搞好医患关系、处理好因病案存在问题所引发的医疗矛盾和医疗纠纷,和谐医患关系是当前病案管理人员应该值得思考的问题。创新管理方式,变革服务理念,改进病案管理流程,为患者及家属提供病案管理中的优质服务项目,从而达到医患和谐、社会和谐。
Management of medical records is an important part of hospital management and the vital basis for resolving medical tangle.How to deal well with doctor-patient relationship and medical contradiction and medical tangle causing by the existing problems in medical records and harmonious doctor-patient relationship are the problems deserve to think for manager of medical records.We should have innovation management mode,transform service idea and management process of medical record improvement providing excellent service item in medical records management for patient's relatives in order to realize harmoniousness of doctor-patient and social harmonious.
