某院2005年-2009年收治恶性肿瘤构成分析

An Analysis on Receiving and Curing Malignant Tumor Formation from 2005 to 2009 in a Hospital

目的对某院收治的恶性肿瘤病例进行统计分析,为该院的医疗资源配置提供决策依据,为肿瘤科的发展方向及专业细分提供必要的参考。方法对2005年-2009年收治的25,764例恶性肿瘤病例进行回顾性分析,并将5年全院医疗业务数据与肿瘤科进行横向对比。结果恶性肿瘤出院人数年平均增长速度为12.19%,高于全院年平均增长速度8.08%;病床使用率及病床周转次数均高于全院平均水平,但全院的病床数增长率高于肿瘤科病床数的增长率。结论有必要扩大肿瘤专科目前的规模,合理地调整肿瘤科室内部的设置和结构,提高辅助科室及设备的投入,培养肿瘤专业专科人才,以适应恶性肿瘤收治的需求。

Objectives Had a statistical analysis on receiving and curing malignant tumor cases of a hospital in order to provide decision basis for hospital resources and necessary reference for development direction of tumor department and professional subdivision.Methods Had a retrospective analysis on 25764 malignant tumor cases from 2005 to 2009 and had a lateral comparison on medical business data for 5 years between the whole hospital and tumor departments.Results The average increasing speed of malignant tumor hospitalization number is 12.19% which is higher 8.08% than the average increasing speed of the whole hospital;both the usage ratio of sickbeds and turnover frequency of sickbeds are higher than the average level of the whole hospital,while the increasing ratio of sickbeds of the whole hospital is higher than tumor departments.Conclusion It is necessary to enlarge the current scale of tumor departments and reasonably adjust internal setting and structure of them,increasing investment of auxiliary departments and equipments and training professional talent of tumor major in order to fit in with the needs of receiving and curing malignant tumor.
