指力刺激在脊髓损伤病人肠道功能重建的应用

The Application of Digital Stimulation in the Bowel Functional Reconstruction of Spinal Cord njury Patients

目的探讨运用指力刺激方法对脊髓损伤患者肠道功能重建的效果。方法根据不同脊髓损伤分级的病人106例分为实验组和对照组,各53例。实验组早期采用指力刺激直肠黏膜,配合腹部按摩、药物辅助治疗。对照组采用传统的排便方法。结果两组排便恢复情况的比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论在不同分级脊髓损伤病人的肠道功能重建中综合评估病人情况,采用指力定时刺激直肠黏膜,能重建骶部排便反射,使病人形成规律性排便。

Objective To research the effect of the apply of digital stimulation in the bowel functional reconstruction of Spinal cord injury patients.Methods106 Spinal cord injury patients of different grade were divided into experimental group and control group.The patients in the experimental group were treated with early application of Finger force stimulation on rectum mucosa,combining with the ventral massage treatment and medication,while which were treated with conventional defecation in the control group.ResultsThere was a significant difference between these two groups in the effective voluntary defecation（P0.05）.ConclusionWe should comprehensive evaluate patients condition in the bowel functional reconstruction of spinal cord injury patients of difference grade,apply regular Finger force stimulation to the rectum mucosa,reconstruct the defecation reflex,make the patients develop a habit of regular defecation.
