内蒙古自治区2009-2010年疑似预防接种异常反应监测分析

Monitoring and analysis of adverse events following immunization in Inner Mongolia autonomous region from 2009 to 2010

目的分析2009-2010年内蒙古自治区(内蒙古)疑似预防接种异常反应(Adverse Events Following Immunization,AEFI)的发生特征,评价内蒙古AEFI监测系统运转状况、预防接种服务质量和疫苗安全性。方法通过疑似预防接种异常反应监测信息管理系统收集2009-2010年内蒙古报告的AEFI个案数据,以描述性方法进行流行病学分析。结果 2009-2010年内蒙古共报告AEFI643例,男性多于女性,比例为1.26∶1.00;一般反应534例,占83.05%,异常反应91例,占14.15%;3～5、10～12月为发病高峰期;0岁组报告最多为146例,占22.71%;麻疹疫苗报告最多为271例,占42.15%;发热/红肿/硬结报告数349例,占54.28%;接种后1d内发生AEFI487例,占75.74%;48h内报告率为89.11%,48h内调查率为96.27%。结论监测系统运行良好,2010年灵敏度较2009年明显上升;全区使用疫苗安全性较好,预防接种服务质量良好;48h内报告率有待提高。

Objective To analyze the occurrence features of adverse events following immunization（AEFI） in Inner Mongolia from 2009 to 2010,and evaluate the implementation status of AEFI information management system,the quality of immunization services,and safety of vaccines.Method The AEFI data of Inner Mongolia autonomous region during 2009 to 2010 was collected by adverse events following immunization information management system,using descriptive method to carry out epidemiological analysis.Results Totally 643 AEFI cases were reported during 2009 to 2010,in which,males were more than females and the ratio was 1.26∶ 1.00.There were 534 cases with vaccine general reactions and accounted for 83.0%,91 cases with vaccine abnormal reaction and accounted for 14.15%.The peak times of the disease were March to May and October to December.146 AEFI cases came from one year old group,which accounted for 22.71%.271 AEFI case were measles vaccine（42.15%）.349 cases happened fever/flare/callosity and accounted for 54.28%.The percentage of AEFI cases occurred within one day after injection reached to 75.74%.89.11% AEFI cases were reported in 48 hours and investigation rate was 96.27%.Conclusions AEFI monitoring system works in good condition and the sensitivity marked increase in 2010.The safety of vaccines and quality of immunization service are fine,but 48 hours report percentage need increased.
