摘要
目的了解河池市食物中毒情况,掌握河池市食物中毒发生规律,为制订有效的食物中毒预防策略提供科学依据。方法收集2001-2010年河池市食物中毒资料,进行统计、分析。结果河池市10年来食物中毒共发生114起,食物中毒发生起数以第三季度最多,中毒场所以家庭为主,致病因子以微生物为多。结论普及食品卫生知识,加强食品安全监督管理,提高基层疾控机构食物中毒调查能力,采取积极的干预措施是预防和控制食物中毒的重要手段。
Objective To understand the status of food-poisoning,grasp morbidity regularity,and provide scientific basis for making prevention strategies of food poisoning.Method Collecting the data of food poisoning during 2001 to 2010 and carried out statistical analysis.Results From 2001 to 2010,there were 114 food poisoning cases,and the third quarter had more food poisoning cases than other quarters,most of food poisoning cases happened in home,causative agent was microorganism.Conclusions Popularity the food sanitation knowledge,enhanced food safety supervisory management,and improved the investigation ability of grassroots CDC for food poisoning,and took proactive intervention measures were the important measures to prevention and control food poisoning.
