长宁区4家医疗机构电脑设备污染状况检测分析

Survey on bacterial contamination of computers in 4 medical institutions of Changning district

目的了解上海市长宁区医疗机构电脑设备的污染状况。方法按GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》和卫生部《消毒技术规范》,随机选取本区4家医疗机构7个科室使用的计算机鼠标、键盘进行物体表面采样及微生物调查。结果共抽检96件,合格66件,总合格率为68.75%,检出细菌总数最高为294cfu/cm2,内科键盘检出金黄色葡萄球菌。结论长宁区电脑设备的污染状况令人堪忧,在日常工作中应重视对其清洁消毒,建立健全有关电脑设备的消毒工作制度,以减少医院感染的危险因素。

Objective To understand the contamination of computers in medical institutions of Changning district.Method According to Hygienic Standard for Disinfection in Hospitals,GB15982-1995 and Technical Standard for Disinfection of Ministry of Public Health,we randomly selected 7 departments of 4 medical institutions,and investigated the microorganisms contamination of the computers＇ mouse and keyboards surfaces.Results A total of 96 samples were collected,among them,66 were qualified（68.75%）,the qualified rate was 68.75%,the maximum total bacterial count detecting rate was 294 cfu/cm2,Staphylococcus aureus was found on the surface of keyboards in the department of internal medicines.Conclusions The contamination of computers was serious in Changning district,so we should set up perfect disinfection regimen to relevant computers,in order to reduce the risk of nosocomial infection.
